 Hi, I’m Charlie - a mum, wife, and small business owner who truly understands the juggling act of running a busy household and managing a business. My passion is helping other small business owners stay organized, feel supported, and focus on what really matters. With a diverse career background across various sectors, I’ve gained a broad skillset and a deep understanding of what it takes to keep a business running smoothly. I genuinely care about making your day-to-day tasks easier so you can spend more time doing what you love. 

My journey has taken me from teaching water sports and sailing the world as a Yacht Master to managing my family-run hotel, where I handled everything from hospitality to administration. After that, I retrained as a counsellor, supporting people through relationship challenges, recovery, and stress management-skills I still draw on today. Having also co-run a technical solutions company and a family travel agency, I’ve become well-versed in everything from website building and SEO to booking platforms and HR. My varied experiences have taught me resilience, adaptability, and the importance of genuine human connection-all of which I bring into my work with you. 

 Now, as a busy mum of two, I realised there’s a real need for flexible, reliable support tailored to small business owners.
